
I know I should have a blog. I was told that last year when I quit my job at the preschool. But I felt like between all my creative writing and music reviews and long winded emails sent to my tortured friends, that maybe I could get away with not having one. Especially since I hated the idea of just 'hopping onto the bandwagon'.
Yet, here we are, well into '08, and I'm finally geting my blog on.
Now I just have to figure out what to do with it. I think I'll spend at least some time outlinging my various OCD characteristics, that involve food, clothing, weather, and packing. I'll also probably give advice that I have no business giving. Perhaps I'll even write personal things, although I'll have to get to know you better.
So. OCD. Or, not quite OCD, I don't have to do these things, I just like having the ability to not have to think about a lot of my decisions during the day, because then I would have to base them on feeling, and I don't like that.
Let's start with food.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday Breakfast: Eggo waffles with fake, meatless sausage.
Tuesday Thursday Breakfast: Cereal with same sausages.
M, W, F Lunch: Bagels.
T, H Lunch: Sandwich-Bread, mayo, cheese, meat.
Everyday: 11AM-Cheese, Noon-Yogurt, 1PM-Lunch, 3PM-Fruit
Now, dinner is more of a free for all (and we'll get to the weekends another time), but since getting laid off, everything is kind of all over the place.
Sigh. I need structure so I can return to my regularly scheduled programming.
